The DDS family lost a very special person this past year, Nicole Zapolski or as many of us dancers called her Miss Nikki. We love and miss her everyday. In 2024, Duxbury Dance Shoppe introduced the Nicole Zapolski Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to a senior who exemplifies the qualities that Miss Nikki herself embodied: dedication, hard work, loyalty, a positive attitude, and a love for dancing like nobody is watching. This annual scholarship will help continue Miss Nikki’s legacy and honor and is presented at our annual recital. If you would like to donate to this scholarship at any time, cash and check payments are accepted. Checks are made out to Duxbury Dance Shoppe LLC. In the memo, please write “scholarship donation”. Thank you!
